A sizing question

The band level or support size you use now. We will tell you which listing matches, and which is the next step up if you are progressing.

An order on its way

Put the Order ID in the subject line. Tracking is quickest to answer once the parcel has left Thane.

A parcel that arrived damaged

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes the claim quicker, but it is not a condition.

Two things we cannot do

We cannot give training programmes, physiotherapy or medical advice. We sell equipment only.

We cannot make custom sizes or custom-branded equipment. What is listed is what we stock.

Complaints about an order, or about how personal data is handled, may be sent to [email protected], addressed to Ankit Sports & Fitness. We have not appointed a separate named officer; this correspondence is handled directly by the person responsible for operating the shop. We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day.
