Shipping Policy

Everything on this site ships from Thane to addresses within India. The charges and estimates below are the ones our checkout uses.

1. Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹59 applies below that. The applicable delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed. Cash on Delivery carries the same delivery charge as a prepaid order; there is no additional COD fee.

2. Where we ship

India only. We do not ship internationally and we do not deliver to PO boxes, because our courier partners need a deliverable street address. If a PIN code turns out not to be serviceable we contact you at [email protected] and cancel the order with a full refund rather than leave it open.

3. Handling and delivery estimates

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on a public holiday begin handling on the next working day.

These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual times may be longer during severe weather, transport disruption, regional strikes or other circumstances outside our control.

4. How equipment is packed

Bands, tapes and grips ship flat in a padded envelope or small box. Steel and cast items are boxed with fill so they cannot shift. Gym flooring and large sets are heavy, bulky parcels and can take slightly longer on the road than a small accessory.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the order email once the parcel is handed to the courier. Tracking can take a few hours to start showing movement. If there is no movement after two working days, send your Order ID to [email protected] and we will follow it up.

6. Delivery attempts and address changes

Our courier partners normally make multiple delivery attempts. If nobody is available after the final attempt the parcel returns to us; we contact you and either re-ship it, with delivery charged again, or refund it. An address can only be corrected before dispatch.

7. If a parcel arrives damaged

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and settles a claim fastest, but it is not a condition. The full procedure is in our Return & Refund Policy.
